Valtrivo has read-only access to your connected data, encrypts stored credentials and scopes all data to your workspace.

- Connections to Google and QuickBooks are read-only.
- Access credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown in the browser.
- Every workspace's data is isolated. Valtrivo staff access is limited to support needs.
- Support assistant conversations are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Support requests are kept for two years after they are closed.
To delete your account and data, submit a support request from the account you want removed.
