Terms of Service

The terms for using Valtrivo, including workspaces, connected accounts, subscriptions and acceptable use.

Effective date:
October 26, 2026
Last updated:

1.Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Valtrivo website and application (the “Service”), provided by Valtrivo, LLC (“Valtrivo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

2.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The free Website Audit can be used without an account. Its results are informational and limited to public pages you are entitled to test.

3.Workspaces and team roles

Data in Valtrivo belongs to a workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its Owner and is responsible for the workspace, its subscription, and the people they invite. Invited members join an existing workspace and do not need their own subscription.

  • Owners manage billing, business details, team membership, and connected accounts.
  • Admins can manage connected accounts and team members as permitted by the Owner, but not billing.
  • Viewers can view the workspace’s dashboards and reports but cannot change connections, settings or billing.

Owners are responsible for granting access only to people who should see the workspace's data, and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

4.Connected third-party accounts

You may connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile and QuickBooks Online. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorized to grant Valtrivo access to it on behalf of the business and that doing so complies with that provider's terms. You authorize Valtrivo to access and process the data described in our Privacy Policy to provide the Service.

You can disconnect any account at any time. Your use of third-party services remains governed by their own terms, including the Google Terms of Service and Intuit's terms.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access workspaces, accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Connect third-party accounts you do not have permission to use.
  • Audit or load-test websites you do not own or are not entitled to test, or use the Website Audit to overload any site.
  • Circumvent plan allowances, rate limits or security controls, or share accounts to avoid seat limits.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Upload malicious code or use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

6.Subscription plans and billing

Valtrivo currently offers these plans, billed monthly per workspace:

  • FreeFreeGet a free snapshot of your website's performance. No account required for a basic website audit.
  • Performance$49/monthBring your website, search, and advertising performance together in one place.
  • Intelligence$99/monthGo beyond reporting with actionable recommendations and business performance insights.

Current features and usage allowances for each plan are listed on the Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Valtrivo, LLC provides the Service and remains responsible for it, including delivering the software, its features and quality, product support, and our other obligations under these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. For eligible subscriptions purchased through a checkout that uses Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe, through its Link service (“Link”), acts as the merchant of record: the purchase is shown at checkout as “Sold through Link”, is also subject to the Link purchase terms presented at checkout, and may appear on your card or bank statement as “LINK.COM*” followed by our statement descriptor. Subscriptions that were not purchased through Managed Payments, including any purchased before it was enabled, are sold and billed directly by Valtrivo through Stripe.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The Owner can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page. For Managed Payments subscriptions, the paying customer can also cancel the subscription or update payment details through Link. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid features remain available until then. We will give advance notice of price changes, which apply from your next billing period.

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes. At checkout, prices may be shown and charged in your local currency; the currency, any taxes and the total for each purchase are shown before you confirm payment. For Managed Payments purchases, the merchant of record calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, GST and similar taxes. For other purchases, where we are required to collect such taxes, they will be shown to you before you confirm payment.

Except as described in this section or where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund unused time when you cancel or downgrade, including any remaining part of a billing period. For Managed Payments purchases, you can send refund requests to Link, and Link may issue refunds under its own policies and applicable consumer law, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights. When you change plans, Stripe may adjust the amount for the rest of the current period, as shown before you confirm the change; any such adjustment is applied as a charge or credit on your account, not a cash refund.

Questions about a Managed Payments charge, receipt, refund or payment method can be sent to Link support, which may contact us when it needs product information. Questions about the Service itself, your account and its features are handled by Valtrivo through the Help Center.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Paid features remain available for up to 7 days after the end of the billing period while payment is retried. If payment is still not received, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed; features above the Free plan become unavailable until the subscription is paid.

7.Trials, beta and complimentary access

We may offer complimentary, trial or beta access to paid features for a stated period. We will not charge you for complimentary access. When it ends, paid features stop unless the Owner subscribes, and the workspace continues on the Free plan. Features labeled Beta may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and are provided as-is.

8.Usage limits and fair use

Each plan includes usage allowances, such as the number of reports, refreshes, audits and team members, shown on the Pricing page. We may apply rate limits and other fair-use protections to keep the Service reliable for everyone and to stay within third-party API quotas.

9.Your data and reports

You retain all rights to the data you provide or connect (“Customer Data”). You grant Valtrivo a limited license to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data.

Reports you generate, including PDF reports, belong to your workspace, and you may share them as you choose. You are responsible for how you share them.

10.Service availability and third-party dependencies

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Valtrivo depends on third-party services, including Google APIs, Intuit QuickBooks, Stripe and our hosting providers. Their outages, quota limits, approval decisions, or changes to their APIs can delay, limit or interrupt reporting, and some integrations may be unavailable while they await provider approval. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11.Reporting and business decisions

Valtrivo presents data from the sources you connect, along with recommendations based on that data. Figures may differ from the source systems because of reporting delays, sampling, time zones or attribution methods. Valtrivo does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee any business result. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

12.Intellectual property

Valtrivo and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, content and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

13.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security risk, or if required by law, and we will give notice where reasonable.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your account and workspace remain on the Free plan and their data is kept; features above the Free plan become unavailable rather than deleted. Valtrivo does not currently offer a bulk data export, so please download any PDF reports you want to keep before cancelling.

Workspace data is kept for as long as the workspace exists, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. The workspace Owner can ask us to delete the workspace and its data at any time, as described there. If we terminate your access for breach, we may delete the affected workspace's data after notifying the Owner, except where the law requires us to keep it.

14.Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

15.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Valtrivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Valtrivo's total liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100.

These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and they do not limit your obligation to pay fees that are due. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be decided exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you and Valtrivo consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

17.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and notify workspace Owners of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
