Canceling a subscription
Owners and admins cancel from Manage billing on Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
Your paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period. Your account, businesses, saved reports and audits are kept; anything beyond the Free plan becomes hidden rather than deleted.
The support assistant cannot cancel or change subscriptions or issue refunds. Refund requests can be sent as a support request.
