Generating reports
Open Reports, choose the report type and date range, and generate a branded PDF.

- Open Reports.
- Choose the report type (whole business or a single channel) and the date range.
- Generate. The PDF is created in the background and appears in your report list when ready.
Only sources connected to the business are included.
Monthly Business Growth Review PDF
On the Intelligence plan you can also generate a Monthly Business Growth Review PDF from Reports. It is generated on demand only: it cannot be added to an automated schedule.
Downloaded versus emailed reports
- Generated here: you create the PDF and download it yourself. Nothing is emailed.
- Scheduled: on the Intelligence plan, Automated Reporting creates performance PDFs weekly or monthly and emails them to opted-in recipients. See Scheduled reports.
If a report fails
- Check that the business has the needed sources connected on Integrations.
- Try a shorter date range.
- Generate again. A failed report does not count as a new report.
