Scheduled reports

Schedule professional performance reports and have them delivered automatically to your inbox. Scheduled reports are included in the Intelligence plan.

Create and manage schedules in Automated Reporting, under Intelligence in the sidebar. Choose a business, a report and weekly or monthly timing.

• Opt-in: each person chooses whether to receive a schedule's emails, in Reporting Settings. Nobody is emailed without opting in.
• Opening a report: the email link opens the PDF after you sign in to Valtrivo. Links work only for the person they were sent to and expire after 72 hours. Every report also stays in Reports history.
• Allowance: each scheduled report counts toward the same monthly PDF allowance as reports you generate yourself. When the allowance is used, schedules skip their runs until it resets, and nothing extra is charged.

What scheduling does not cover

• The Monthly Business Growth Review PDF is generated on demand from Reports and cannot be scheduled.
• The Weekly Performance Digest and Monthly Performance Review summary emails are separate from scheduled PDF reports. They are Planned and not sent yet.
• Automated alerts are Planned and not sent yet.
